Here is the latest news about HIMELE's steel guitar festivals and events.
Hawaiian Steel Guitar Festival: Keiki Kine at Kahala Mall
The event will be livestreamed on the Hawaiian Steel Guitar Showcase Facebook Page and YouTube Channel.
Maui Steel Guitar Festival
The tentative lineup includes featured steel guitarists Alan Akaka, Bobby Ingano, Mālie Lyman, Maui steel guitarists Joel Katz, Konapiliahi Lau, and Geronimo "Geri" Valdriz. NextGen steel guitarists may also be included in the festival.
Hawai‘i Island Steel Guitar Experience at Mauna Lani
The event date has been changed to November 21-24, 2024. The resort has rescheduled their Twilight at Kalauhuipua‘a cultural program has from November 16 to November 23. The main concert on Friday will be livestreamed.
