1960's Harmony Model H1

September 1, 2019 • Geronimo "Geri" ValdrizInstruments and Luthiers

They made many types of electric instruments, including the lap steel guitar.

1960's Harmony Model H1

This Harmony Model H1 is eye candy to most steel guitar collectors. Its copper bronze lacquer paint finish and "art deco meets space age design" is distinctive.

1960's Harmony Model H1

The single coil DeArmond soapbar pickup has an even tonal range, and the tone controls are linear.

The pointy headstock and elongated body is a spaceship ready to take off!
